1. Skin Products Purchased Online
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.
A proof of return delivery from your local post office or carrier, along with your order receipt showing the delivery date, is required.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If the product is defective or damaged, contact us immediately via email. We will provide instructions for replacement or refund.
Replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
Customer-Changed Mind Returns:
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect choice by the customer may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
2. Laser Hair Removal & Skin Services
We aim to deliver safe, professional, and high-quality services.
Booking & Payment:
Services can be booked and paid for online through our secure platform.
Confirmation will be sent via email with appointment details.
Service Corrections & Errors:
If there is an error caused by our team (e.g., scheduling error, service miscommunication), we will correct it at no additional cost and reschedule your service.
If an issue arises due to information provided by the client (e.g., wrong booking details, missed appointments), additional fees may apply for rebooking.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments may result in partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
Pre-paid service packages are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise.

All online payments are processed via secure payment gateways.
Sensitive financial information (credit cards, banking details) is never stored on our servers.
Receipts and confirmations are sent digitally via email.
